Monthly Medicine Charges
We bill our clients for their monthly medicine supply in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time; however, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations. If you want to cancel a subscription or an order before it ships, contact us immediately with your order details. We will issue a full refund if the cancellation is received before shipment.
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order after placing it, contact our customer service team. If the order has not been delivered, you can receive a full refund. However, if the order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it due to health and safety concerns regarding the return of medical products. Be sure to check your order status with our support team to confirm if cancellation is possible.
Refunds
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the return process. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned product. If the product is in good condition and meets our return criteria, you will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. If the product is damaged or used, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
